Following the unfortunate demise of Kenny’s Music, Dundee, I’d like to inform all my customers that, as from Tuesday April 2nd, I will be able to provide a repair service which I hope will continue to meet their needs.
For customer repairs coming through the Aberdeen and Dunfermline branches of Kenny’s, everything will be as before.
For those in the Dundee area, I intend to provide my own collection/delivery service, accessed by logging on to my website. For the modest charge of £10, I will uplift and return instruments, by prior arrangement, via a mutually agreeable location. This, hopefully popular, new service will involve the same degree of advice and consultation, it just won’t occur inside a shop. I’m looking forward to providing a positive continuation of business with existing customers, as well as welcoming new ones.
Dundee Kenny’s No More.
Working from this building has been a fixed point in my life for the best part of 40 years.
I’m sad my tenure there has come to an end but I guess that’s just the way of the world.
I would like to thank all those who have made my time here largely a pleasure, rather than a chore.
I hope I’m able to continue to provide a service for those in the immediate area who can’t go through the Aberdeen and Dunfermline branches of Kenny’s, where the existing arrangement for repairs will resume from April. As for the rest, I’ll see what I can come up with. For now please bear with me. I’ll continue to reply to enquiries as I ponder a possible solution.
